Assessments
In my work as an executive coach and organizational consultant, I
recommend a variety of assessments for learning and development.

Many assessments can be done right from your desktop or from any
computer with Internet access.

Organizational Assessments

Individual Assessments

Managing for Success: Personal Interests, Attitudes, and Values
(PIAV)
The PIAV measures six basic interests or attitudes (a way of valuing life):
Theoretical, Utilitarian, Aesthetic, Social, Individualistic, and Traditional.
This gives you a better understanding of how a person behaves or performs
in a work environment.

Managing for Success: Employee-Manager Version
This report measures four dimensions of normal behavior; how you respond
to problems and challenges, how you influence others to your point of view,
how you respond to the pace of the environment, and how you respond to
rule and procedures set by others.

Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode (TKI)
The TKI ia designed to assess an individual's behavior in conflict situations.
The five conflict handling modes are competing, collaborating,
compromising, avoiding and accommodating.

Reiss Profile
The Reiss reveals who you are as an individual by your rank order of the 16
basic desires. These desires are said to be what motivates our meaningful
actions and determines our personalities. A few of these desires are:
power, independence, curiosity, acceptance, order, etc.
