important team member? With the associated hiring, training, and lost
productivity, considerably more than coaching someone to improve their
performance through coaching.

Coaching can take many forms and occur under a number of different
scenarios. A preferred method of coaching is done over the telephone. This
method has proven to be very effective and often times is preferred by
today's busy professionals.

My approach typically begins with an introductory call or meeting. From this
initial call or meeting, we develop a strategy for moving forward with the
coaching interaction. We then implement a proven method of coaching to
produce strategic results.
