InsightMirror 360-degree Assessment
InsightMirror 360-degree Assessment
The InsightMirror 360-degree assessment is an easy to use, assessment tool
for leadership development. It can also be used as part of a performance
management program or in succession planning. Of course, there are
applications for executive coaching as well.
The assessment tool is organized around these eight leadership areas:
(1) Communication Skills, (2) Decision Making, (3) Innovation and Change,
(4) Working Relationships, (5) Leadership Skills, (6) Teaching, Mentoring, and
Coaching Skills, (7) Stress Coping Skills, & (8) Team Development.
There are 64 core questions and the assessment is flexible enough that any of
the questions can be changed.
The assessment is based on what separates today’s leaders in that leaders
focus on developing their strengths and managing their weaknesses. The Gallup
Organization has written extensively about this.
